a) Split Deliveries
To avoid delaying your order and any disappointment we may fulfil your order from multiple locations. In the event of a split delivery, please be assured that you will not incur any additional shipping charges, however there may be a slight delay in delivery times. You will receive an email notification with any new tracking information.
b) Promotional & Sale Periods
All orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days of order via an express service, however during promotional and sale periods order dispatch time-frames may be slightly longer.

We endeavour to have orders dispatched within 2 working days from the time your payment clears. You will receive a delivery confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched. As all orders are sent with signature on delivery for added peace of mind, please ensure someone is available to receive it between 9am - 5pm. Note: during peak periods (eg. Christmas) and public holidays there may be delays, please visit this page for up-to-date information.

For deliveries to countries other New Zealand, please contact our Customer Care team to determine the cost of shipping. You will not have any import tax or duty charges applied at checkout or included in the final transaction total. Postal charges does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated.
The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed upon delivery will be the responsibility of the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

Please note: the name on the order confirmation email must match the name on the photo ID. You will be required to sign for your order on collection.
If you have nominated someone other than yourself to pick up the order we may require contact with you prior to releasing your order.
To avoid disappointment, please DO NOT attempt to collect your order from the store until you have received an email that your order is ready to collect.
