Your satisfaction is important to us which is why all our products undergo stringent quality checks to ensure you receive the highest quality products.


PRE-PRODUCTION

A pre-production quality control assessment is conducted before production starts. It covers the inspection of materials and samples to check if they meet the required standards for things such as sizing, colorfastness, texture, technical properties and any abnormalities.


DURING PRODUCTION

A random sample inspection is conducted during production. A physical inspection is completed to assess thing such as the quality of the assembly, measurements and durability. 


POST PRODUCTION 

A quality control inspection of finished products is completed to check for any visible flaws such as poor stitching and mislabelling. 


PRE-SALE

Once products are received in-store our team conducts a visual inspection of all items before they are prepared for display. For our online store, items are also visually inspected before they are dispatched.
Eveningwear and delicate items such as homewares, heavily-beaded items and items made from silk are inspected and photographed prior to display or dispatch.
