A MESSAGE TO OUR COMMUNITY 

OUR STORES ARE TEMPORARILY CLOSED

For Le Château Collection, the health and well-being of our customers, staff and community are of the utmost importance. As a result Stage 3 and now Stage 4 Coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions, we have made the decision to temporarily close our retail stores from 5pm, 13 July 2020. 

The situation with COVID-19, has presented unprecedented changes and challenges for all of us. We would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to our retail teams who have continued to amaze us with their hard work during this tough time. And to our customers, thank you for your ongoing support. 

We know the new normal during this difficult period is going to take some getting used to, so please stay connected and know that we're here for you. 

You can still shop with us online 24/7 with free express shipping over $75. Our delivery partner no longer requires a signature on delivery, allowing them to drop your parcel at the door without contact.

RETAIL STORES

Changes to your in-store experience:
          - We have increased the frequency of strict cleaning measures, including frequent cleaning of high-touch areas.
          - Every second fitting room is closed to give you confidence that you will be at a safe physical distance from others when trying on clothes. 
          - Social distancing markers have been placed around the store to help you shop comfortably and maintain a 1.5m between yourself and others. 
          - Occupancy limits have been put in-place to ensure social distancing can be comfortably maintained. 
          - Contactless payment is encouraged, where possible. We accept: Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPass, payWave, Samsung Pay & Tap and Pay. 
          - Antibacterial products have been deployed and are available for use. 
          - Our team have been briefed about COVID-19 procedures and signage have been installed. As we make these adjustments and implement safety & hygiene measures for you and our team to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience, we thank you for your patience, support & understanding. 


ONLINE STORE

Our online store is open and our dispatch team are continuing to work to get your orders packed and dispatched to you. Please be assured that we have strict policies in place to keep you and our team safe.
