Split Deliveries
Orders may occasionally be fulfilled from multiple locations. No additional shipping charges apply, though delivery times may vary slightly.

Promotional & Sale Periods
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days. Dispatch may take slightly longer during sale periods.

Carbon Neutral Delivery
Where possible, deliveries are sent using carbon offset parcel services.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days once payment clears. Delivery delays may occur during public holidays and peak sale periods.

International Delivery

New Zealand
International Post: 7–10 Business Days
Cost: $20.00 AUD


All Other Countries
For delivery to countries other than New Zealand, please contact Customer Care for delivery timeframe and shipping costs.

  • International delivery times may vary due to customs clearance processes

  • Orders must be declared at exact value for export compliance

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is a free service allowing you to order online and collect from your preferred Le Château Collection store.

How it works:

  1. Select Pickup From Store at checkout
  2. Add your preferred store in the comments box
  3. Wait for your collection confirmation email

When collecting, please bring:

  • Valid photo ID
  • Your order number

The name on your order confirmation must match the photo ID presented.

If someone else is collecting your order, we may contact you for verification.

Please do not visit the store until you receive your collection-ready email.
