SHIPPING INFORMATION

a) Split Deliveries
To avoid delaying your order and any disappointment we may fulfil your order from multiple locations. In the event of a split delivery, please be assured that you will not incur any additional shipping charges, however there may be a slight delay in delivery times. You will receive an email notification with any new tracking information.
b) Promotional & Sale Periods
All orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days of order via an express service, however during promotional and sale periods order dispatch time-frames may be slightly longer.
c) Tracking Your Order
You can track the delivery progress of your order by visiting the Australia Post website (auspost.com.au/track) or by calling Australia Post on 131 118.
d) Carbon Neutral Delivery
Where possible, orders are dispatched with a parcel delivery service which offers carbon neutral deliveries through carbon offset programs.

International deliveries time-frames may be affected by the amount of time it takes for an item to clear customs.

For deliveries to countries other than New Zealand, please contact our Customer Care team to determine the cost of shipping. You will not have any import tax or duty charges applied at checkout or included in the final transaction total. Postal charges does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated.

The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed upon delivery will be the responsibility of the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

CLICK & COLLECT

Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from your preferred Le Château Collection store. To use this service please select "Pickup From Store" at the checkout and advise of your preferred pickup store in the comments box. We will send you an email when your item is ready for collection, please ensure you have:
a) Valid photo ID &
b) Your order number

Please note: the name on the order confirmation email must match the name on the photo ID. You will be required to sign for your order on collection.

If you have nominated someone other than yourself to pick up the order we may require contact with you prior to releasing your order.

To avoid disappointment, please DO NOT attempt to collect your order from the store until you have received an email that your order is ready to collect.
